The purpose of supervision is the improvement of job-related work processes. Generally it is used to ensure quality management, team development and performance capability. It increases job efficiency and satisfaction.

As a trained supervisor and coach I consult individuals, teams and groups. I work with a systemic approach to activate the client’s personal resources and capabilities in order to foster communication skills and collaborative dynamics.
